1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Orvo ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Orvo services, including the web application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
- The Company collects only the personal data necessary to provide the Services, including name, email address, payment information (for paid plans), and user-generated content (e.g., contacts, notes, organizational charts).
- Users may only access their own data or data explicitly shared with them by other users.
- Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, excessive usage through automated scripts, bots, or other methods that degrade service quality or interfere with other users' access.
- Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at the Company's discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis, and you may cancel anytime through your account settings.
2. User Access and Restrictions

3. Subscription Plans
The Company offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter Plan (Free): Includes Unlimited Contacts, Activity Tracking, Personalized Notes, Contact Sync (WhatsApp, Google, Outlook), Tasks and Reminders, Relationship Map (Hierarchy View), Leads Kanban, RSS Newsfeed, SMTP Configuration, Voice Transcription (up to 10 hours), Orvo AI Summaries, Analytics Dashboard, and AI-Powered Suggestion. Free for 2 weeks; upgrade required thereafter.
- Pro Plan ($30 per account): Includes all Starter Plan features, plus Voice Transcription (up to 60 hours).
- Business Plan ($15 per user): Includes all Pro Plan features, plus Team Collaboration (sharing contacts, notes, and Kanban Leads pipeline for up to 5 users), Voice Transcription (unlimited), and enhanced support.
Payments for Pro and Business Plans are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are charged on a recurring basis, and subscriptions may be canceled through your account settings, subject to the cancellation policies outlined herein.
The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing and features of any plan with reasonable notice to users.
4. Fair Usage Policy
- For features designated as "unlimited" (e.g., Voice Transcription in the Business Plan), the Company implements a Fair Usage Policy to ensure equitable access and maintain service stability.
- Unlimited features are intended for normal business use. The Company monitors usage patterns to detect abuse (e.g., automated high-volume transcription via scripts or bots, systematic bulk processing, or activity that significantly exceeds typical business usage).
- If the Company identifies usage that it reasonably considers excessive or abusive, it will notify the affected user via email before taking any action. The user will be given a reasonable period (not less than 7 days) to adjust their usage.
- If excessive usage continues after notification, the Company may apply temporary throttling (e.g., slower processing or reduced concurrency) to the affected account. Full suspension of the feature will only occur as a last resort after repeated notification.
- The Company will not reduce paid plan features without prior written notification to the affected user.
5. Termination of Service
- User-Initiated Termination: You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.
- Company-Initiated Termination: The Company may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to causing service degradation (e.g., DDoS attacks or excessive scripting), or if your usage violates the Fair Usage Policy without resolution.
- Upon termination, all rights to use the Services cease, and the Company may delete your data, except as required by applicable law.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-entered data, including shared organizational charts or other content.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their data and its use within the Services.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), when using the Services.
- Users shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All features, designs, and intellectual property associated with the Services, including the Hierarchy feature, are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- User-generated content shared within the Services remains the user's responsibility. The Company does not validate, endorse, or assume liability for such content.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
10. Updates to the Terms
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion.
- Users will be notified of changes via email or a popup notification upon login. Continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
