Phone contacts
In the Android app, choose the contacts to bring in from your phone. Orvo never changes your phone’s address book.
Orvo keeps the people you work with, what you know about them and what you promised to do next in one place, on the web and on Android. Here is every feature, and which plan includes it.
Plans: Mobile is the Android app ($7.99/month), Pro adds the web workspace ($19/month), Business adds team sharing. Prices in USD, plus applicable tax; 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Bring contacts in from where they already live, and keep what was said without retyping it.
In the Android app, choose the contacts to bring in from your phone. Orvo never changes your phone’s address book.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and import your contacts in one step, on the web or in the Android app. Read-only: Orvo never writes to your Google or Microsoft account.
Mobile plan: from the Android app.
Google Contacts →Turn on sync in Settings → Integrations and Orvo checks Google or Outlook for new and changed contacts about every hour. One way only: your edits in Orvo win, and nothing is deleted.
Outlook →Upload a spreadsheet or a vCard export, including iCloud and Google exports, from People → Import on the web.
iCloud Contacts →On a LinkedIn profile, click Add to Orvo, review the details and save, with the profile link kept on the person. It adds people one at a time, when you choose.
Chrome Web Store →Add Orvo’s capture address in CC or BCC when you send an email. Orvo saves the subject and up to 2,000 characters of the text as a note on each recipient, adding anyone new. With AI Assistant on, it can also create up to three dated follow-up actions from what the email says. Orvo never connects to your mailbox.
Gmail →Record a meeting on your phone (up to 30 minutes), upload a recording, drop in a Teams or Zoom transcript, or say a quick recap. Orvo transcribes it, files it on the right person and writes the summary you choose: executive summary, action items, stakeholder brief or your own format.
Transcription hours: Mobile 25 per calendar month, Pro 40 per month, Business unlimited (fair use).
Profiles, notes and AI summaries, so you can pick up where you left off.
Role, company, contact details, notes, history and open actions for each person, organised into Core, Active and Outer circles.
A short summary of each relationship, built from your notes and refreshed as you add more. AI features are off until you turn them on.
Ask “Who enjoys winter sports?” or “Who works in product?” and Orvo searches the meaning of your notes and profiles, naming the people and the note behind each answer.
Mobile plan: in the Android app.
Visualise reporting lines, teams and how stakeholders connect across an organisation.
Boards that group people and actions around a project, partnership or career move, so you see what is moving and what is stuck.
Orvo tells you what is due and who you have not spoken to, by email and on your phone.
Turn every commitment into an action linked to the person it is about. The Command Center shows what is due, overdue and coming up.
Set how often you want to speak to each person. Orvo uses your real interaction dates to show who is due a catch-up.
On days with something to act on, a short email at 8am your time lists today’s birthdays, the actions due and up to three people to reconnect with. No email when there is nothing to say; turn it off in Settings or from the email.
Every Monday, an email on where your attention matters this week.
Birthday reminders and push notifications for what is due, in the Android app.
Orvo’s assistant uses your notes, history and open actions about a person.
Pick a prompt (prepare a 1-1, draft a follow-up, an icebreaker, a difficult conversation) and get talking points built on what you know about the person.
Let the assistant improve an email draft using the person’s context, then send it from Orvo through your own email account.
Connect an assistant to find a contact, prepare for a meeting or draft a follow-up using your Orvo context. Start read-only, or allow changes to contacts, notes and actions.
Connect Orvo from Claude’s directory and sign in with your Orvo account.
